| Welcome
to my website, I’m Geraldine McCaughrean and I write books mostly
for children and the young at heart and by the way, for those of
you who are puzzled by my surname, it is pronounced ‘Muh-cork-run’. I hope you enjoy browsing through the pages, you will find books for all ages from the very young to the slightly more mature, a comprehensive list of international publications and students can track down some Greek myths for a school project. Read about my latest books and forthcoming events that I will be attending, and there is even an odd video link or two. There is something here for all generations, I have written about 150 books, so where to begin? Why not step inside, take a wander, and browse through the book shelves to find a plot that you find intriguing. I have also written a few plays and there is a wide selection of audio books available too. If you are looking for a gift there is something here for all the family.
